How do I know Which product to select for my skin type?

How long will it take for my skin to see results?

Everyone’s skin type is different, following our instructions and consistency will ensure a positive outcome. 

I have dry, oily or combination skin will the products be too strong for me? 

Our Products adapts to all skin types. It targets any abnormalities and reverts the skin back to it’s natural state. 

I don’t have acne, I only have dark spots from previous acne. Which product do I select? 

 Acne is never cured, it’s maintained. If you have pigmentations from previous acne related outbreaks, this means that you have Acne. Bacteria lies dormant, once you begin a skin regimen you will begin to see the outbreaks appear. To prevent furthering this stage, we recommend purchasing the full system to treat the problem as a whole. 

Do you offer refunds?

We do not offer refunds, EXCHANGE & STORE CREDIT ONLY. We are more than happy to fix any issues you have with the products you received. All exchanges must be returned within 7 business days that you received the item in the original packaging/condition. If these terms are not met the product will be shipped back to you and no exchange or store credit will be granted. We are not responsible for any lost/stolen/damaged products.

Can I make changes to my order? When will my order ship?

No, please make sure that you double check your order before placing it. All orders will ship in 5 -10 business days (this includes 3-5 business days to process payment). Once shipped all orders are shipped with 2 day shipping via USPS. Thanks for your support !
