REFUND POLICY

Online purchase return policy. Your satisfaction is extremely important to us. If you are not happy with your products, we advise you to please email our Customer Service Team at SkinAideRx@gmail.com. They would be more than happy to provide you with a customized routine based on your skin type and concerns. Everyone's skin is different and unfortunately skincare is not a one-product suits all. There is a lot of trial and error when finding what works best for you. Whatever you choose to do, Skin Aide Rx® stands behind our products with a partial refund guarantee on all Skin Kits purchased directly from the Website with the exception of our single Masques and Treatments which are final sale. AFTER 90 days of consistent usage you must also provide TIME STAMPED before and After pictures during those 90 days of usage. If the skin shows no progress you are eligible for a partial refund of 30% back. When contacting us about a refund please include the full name order and/or the order number. Skin Aide Rx® does not provide return shipping labels; products will be shipped back to us at the customer’s expense. Return/shipping costs will not be refunded. Once we receive all information a Customer Service Representative will reach out to you within 24 - 48 hours via email regarding all refund and store credit procedures, subject to compliance with our return policy. If you are receiving a refund, please allow 3-5 business days for the funds to post to your account. Some refunds may take up to 10 days depending on your financial institution's refund policy.
